Using the Layout Screen
The Grid
The grid represents the Art Print or paper on which you are going to print. There are two grids.
* One which represents a Landscape Art Print (Horizontal). This is the Default grid.
* The other represents a Portrait Art Print (Vertical).
The cross hair lines show you where the center of the art print is. The Cross Hairs therefor dividing the grid into quarters. From this you can easily determine where to 'Drag & Drop' your text boxes to. You can proof print the layout, as often as necessary, to insure everything is aligned. Only when satisfied do you print on the actual art print itself. ( Proof Print and Print are found under the File menu.)

Text Boxes (Bounding Boxes)
There are three Text Boxes.
* The Title box, this normally holds the name.
* The Sub-Title box, this is where the meaning is.
* The Body, where the traits or poem is located.
The text Boxes and their respective properties are independent of each other. The Text Box determine the area in which the text can print. (This is also called a bounding box, because the text is 'Bound' inside this box..) If the text is longer than the box is wide it will wrap inside the box. If the text is larger than the Text box you must either increase the size of the box or reduce the size of the text. ( Both these functions are available by placing The pointer over the Text box you desire to edit and Double-Right click to get the Box Properties.) The text is 'Bound'inside this box. You 'Drag & Drop'this box around the Grid in order to move the text.
