Monday - Wednesday 9am - 4pm  
(NOTE: Monday - Wednesday are the easiest days to reach a customer service representative.)

If during these hours  you do not reach a customer service representative, please leave a call back message with the following information:
  1. Phone Number to reach you.
  2. Your name, name of the owner, and customer number, if available.
  3. Description of situation.
Non Emergency calls will not be returned until normal business hours.
Emergency messages after hours, need to be left on the Technical Service After Hours Tech line 435-781-2025 Ext. 10.  The computer will automatically page the technician on call.
