• Emergency orders (Next, 2nd & 3rd day), in by 11:00 A.M., will receive same day shipping.
• Ground orders ship within 24 hours.
• Frames orders may take up to 48 hours to ship.
• Email and Faxed orders have priority over phoned orders.
• Faxed & E-mail Orders do ship Thursday and Friday, even though office is closed.
• Prices do not include shipping or handling.
• Please use Item number and if possible the name as well. (We can not be responsible for incorrect products that ship because of a wrong product number. If unsure of a number please call Customer Service and they will assist you in finding correct names & numbers. )
• Faxed and E-Mail orders should have a return number to which we can verify the receipt of your order. (If we haven't confirmed your order within an hour or there is no return fax number call us to verify our receipt of your order. We can not take responsibility for orders we do not confirm receipt of.)
• Orders will be confirmed by E-Mail unless otherwise requested.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Also Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and pre approved Checks.

• Orders will not be shipped until they are fully paid for! No Exceptions!
• Returns by RMA only and may be subject to 25% restocking fee
• Any returns must received by us in acceptable, resellable condition, in order to receive any credit.
• We WILL, with in reason, accept return of art prints due to incompatibility with printer, for exchange for other art.  (See note below.)
  
• Claims of any kind must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Art/Printer compatibility:
Art prints are for use with a laser printer.  While there are a few pieces in our line that seem to work with ink jet printers you may experience some difficulty with consistency with ink jet inks and between brands of printers.

 We WILL, with in reason, accept return of art prints due to incompatibility for exchange for other art.  You pay for all shipping due to these exchanges. We strongly urge you to test your art in small quantities to determine compatibility with your equipment.
