Normal Support hours:

Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm
(NOTE: Monday - Wednesday are the easiest days to reach a technician.)
If during these hours  you do not reach a technician, please leave a call back message.

After Hours Emergencies:
Before calling try the Fix All steps . Click Here!
When calling support, leave a message, with the following information:
  1. Phone Number to reach you.
  2. Your name and name of the owner of the system.
  3. The software and version you are running.
  4. Description of Emergency.
A technician will be paged and will return your call.  
Non Emergency calls will not be returned until normal business hours.
Please do not leave Non Emergency messages after hours, as the computer will automatically page the technician on call.

Your NAME.BAT file should read something like the following with all the lines with del .  For NAME25A:
