Vi from Ohio asks: Will your mail box be checked regularly, so this will be an option for questions? A. Yes! Our mail is downloaded automatically every hour and checked at least every two hours during the work week Mon-Thurs. 8am - 4 pm and at least once on weekends. Your questions will be answered promptly. If it is a concern to others an answer may be sent to everyone on the E-News list via a special issue of E-News in our Q.& A. section. We feel by use of the E-mail system it will provide licensees with better access at a far less expense for both parties.
Please do not use E-Mail for emergency support, especially after hours and on week-ends. It works great for those everyday questions for which you can wait a few hours for an answer.
Pat from Illinois asks: How will this E-mail system be used?
A. Several of you are already using it. Our E-mail is currently being used for . . .
· Ordering, using the Fax/E-Mail/Mail price list (our best pricing). Orders are processed as normal and ship within 24 hours. We will E-mail back confirmation of the order being received. Do Not put your Credit card information on your E-Mail! You may fax it to us or call it in. If we have it on file you may E-Mail us the last four numbers.
· E-mail us Tech support and Customer service issues. We will answer promptly.
· Name and Surname research; (for fee $1 per name).
· Sending instructions, "How To", or answers to specific questions, like these. Our Web site is being constructed so you can get old issues of our "E-News"; software updates, Q & A, and specific product instructions will also be available from it also.
* Suggestions and ideas from licensees are received here and will be passed on through E-News.
· We have sent pictures of special art requests.
· News updates like this one, called E-News.
· We will be making exclusive product offerings to those on the E-News list.

If you send them back in now, we will forward them to others as they come in. By sharing with each other, we can help each other succeed, and each make a better profit.
