I am compiling all the last minute Mothers Day Ideas. They will be sent out his weekend as they are finished. If more come in I'll forward those also, so watch your E-Mail Box the next few days for some great ideas to boost this coming weeks sales.

I'm worried about weekend support on Mothers Day weekend! Will it be available? - asked by several -
A. Yes, but only on an emergency basis. This is normal after hours support. You must leave a message, on the Tech support Voice Mail, 435-781-2025 ext. 10, briefly explaining the emergency and a way to contact you.. A technician will be paged and return the call ASAP.

I call every extenion on the 800 number and can never get Tech Support, nor does Tech Support ever call me back when I leave a message on an 800 extention! Why? - asked by several -
A. No free technical support is available via the 800 voice line. Technical support is available on the number listed in the previous question, E-Mail, and toll free by fax, 1-800-999-3995.

A. We have produced a unique crystal clear Foiling transparency which can be printed on in the laser printer and then foiled. Most brands of laser transparencies can not be foiled and are a little cloudy. These clear Foiling Transparencies (#1111-000) are now available at $40 per 100 or $.50 ea. in ten packs. Black Foiled Art: Can you provide the Black Foiled art Wedding product some how, before the WIN 95/98 software release? We must have it now! - Stan & Lisa (Az..) / Don & Denise (WI) -
A. Yes, as a product kit, $3 per kit. The kit could include the foil art, masked black print sheet, and black backing in a self sealing bag. Poems: How do I know if I have all the poems in my system? - Pat (IL) -
A. Go to VERSES menu, select POEMS, select LOOKUP, choose any new poem you know is there, IE. NEW-M28, press enter and a lookup list will come up. Page up and down looking at the poem numbers. The following are what should be in your system if you have all the poems. Originally we did not include the General Poems NEW-C on the install CD. E-News subscribers may receive a disk upon request, sent E-Mail, for $1 plus shipping & handling, $5+ to others. If you are missing other poems they are available separately ($20+ per disk for E-Mail orders, $25+ to others) or on one Poem CD ($50+ for E-Mail orders, $75+ to others). If there are enough orders to warrant it we will create a file of the companion poem reference book which you can print out on your own printer and include it on the CD. E-Mail requests to pmagifts@easilink.com .
